I’m confident I removed all the RAM, rephrased it several times, but the CPU wouldn’t power on and would shut down repeatedly. I also switched to a different power supply just in case, but the same issue persisted. One day I moved from air cooling to liquid cooling, and the CPU was pulled out of its socket with bent pins. My friend helped straighten them, which worked temporarily, but now it’s causing problems again.
