Hey guys I'm facing a few problems with my old PC. First, I can't adjust the CPU voltage, so I can't push my frequencies to their limits. The second issue is that when I enabled turbo mode on the CPU and tried frequencies between 40-46 GHz, I managed to run smoothly until I ran a R20 Cinebench test, which gave me very low scores. I noticed the maximum voltage for turbo was 1.55V, so I lowered it back to 4.5 GHz, which worked fine when nothing heavy was running. However, during CPU synthetic benchmarks like R20 Cinebench, my performance dropped significantly, dropping to around 4.1 GHz even less. The temperatures stayed within 55-65°C under load and 10-35°C when idle. Please don't think it's a CPU problem.

This design is based on MB and its VRM, not a high-end platform. It's meant for basic performance rather than maximum output, focusing on optimal results under full load.

It seems the issue is caused by a lack of sufficient power supply to the CPU.

VRM most likely.

This design is based on MB and its VRM, not a high-end setup. It's meant for solid performance rather than maximum output.
