The system is built to operate with short bursts of high performance, not sustained at 4.5GHz. Running at full speed on all cores is impossible due to thermal limits. Your notebook will naturally overheat during intensive tasks, so keeping the fan and cooling system in good condition helps. A cooling pad might offer some relief, but effectiveness varies widely based on the model and cooler used. Building a DIY watercooling setup could work, though it’s not the most convenient option.

Check these benchmarks for your build—clearly they note a 3.45 GHz turbo, while others report 4.5 GHz. Previously it was classified under battleship and scored 72%, now it's down to 56%. Same build, different results.
