You should be able to reach around 150fps on your new monitor with the Ryzen 5 3400G and 16GB RAM at 3200. It may not be perfect, but it should work well for Tf2. The higher frame rate will depend on your graphics settings and system performance.

Switched to PC Gaming – Your processor is sufficient; I’d upgrade to a solid mid-range graphics card for better frame rates.
