the bios are quite straightforward, though it might get hotter on the CPU. I wouldn't suggest it right now. alternatively, maybe the cooler wasn't installed properly—try using MX4 thermal paste, take off the cooler, clean with paper towels, apply new paste, and reinstall. don’t over-tighten, and stop once the screws stop turning. a tutorial video could help if you need guidance.

there doesn't seem to be anything wrong (lol) buy a better cooler if the sound annoys you, noctua dh15 for example. the stock cooler is pretty good tho, so you don't have to, its just spinning pretty fast and makes annoying sounds... so up to you!

The issue doesn’t bother me much—it’s not too loud. I’m mainly concerned about doing something wrong during the installation of these new parts, since this is my first major upgrade. As long as temperatures stay within safe limits for the CPU and the cooler, I should be okay.
