That falls inside the margin of error for the variables... were you to verify if the RAM is quicker since XMP is relevant?
It runs quicker and I suspect its accuracy margin is low, which might be why I’m having trouble. I’m sharing this with you, but I believe my GPU is raising the CPU temperature. The airflow near the CPU fan seems to be pushed out there, and I think it’s being absorbed. (Linus mentioned that XMP settings boost voltage on the MC because power use is higher.)
I've hit the maximum capacity of what my case can handle. The GPUs are struggling to keep up, making it hotter and hotter while my CPUs get warmer too. The fans aren't working well, and I'm now using a heater in my room. Likely, the next upgrade would be a better case with built-in fans at the bottom.

It's been some time since I used a Ryzen, but the 75C is currently operating in a low-power mode due to memory constraints. The performance dip in Cinebench might stem from a fixed power cap, with more energy directed toward RAM than processing units. Cinebench doesn't perform well with fast memory speeds. If you attempt a task that does, results could vary.
