Shrimp assisted me in locating my FIT voltage in a manner similar to another discussion, performed well and looks quite solid. I'm just a bit above the ideal range and struggle to maintain performance during heavy demands, but it works for most other cases.

1.325V isn't necessarily perfect for every chip, but it's a widely recognized average and commonly accepted level. The heat generated by a processor running at this voltage can easily surpass most standard CPU coolers when the processor is under heavy use. I'm not suggesting you force the processor to run at 1.325V, but rather that it should stay below this limit. If achieving a stable overclock with reduced voltage works, that would be ideal.

TheStilt, a well-known overclocker, reported issues at under 1.3v but also notes he often pushes components beyond typical testing limits (such as Cinebench). The general internet average doesn’t reflect this accurately. Most of these processors remain stable around 4.2–4.4ghz at less than 1.3v. There’s no justification for chasing an extra half-percent improvement elsewhere in the system.

Still, it shows the maximum boost value, meaning it must display something. Your CPU never reached 1.4V. It actually experiences a slight drop in voltage under load—likely what the screenshot reflects.

I believe high loads like Linpack Extreme or P95 at over 1.25v could be risky. I haven't damaged my chip yet, but I understand it doesn’t handle those conditions well. Still, to be honest... PBO runs higher voltages at lower speeds than I do at similar temperatures, so a bit above FIT might be acceptable. Perhaps. With a 3-year warranty, we’ll see what happens.

Your chip has a 142w power limit. Just a heads up, the CPU won't exceed this under default settings.
