even though it isn't listed, I recommend checking hwinfo. However, most programs on this list use Ryzen Master because it's developed by AMD and supports the advanced features of their CPUs.

I am concerned that 1.47 V exceeds the limit for 3900X and why the system flags it when you adjust the voltage manually.

First, confirm whether you're using a manual overclock with a fixed voltage. If PBO is enabled, it might affect settings based on your motherboard's BIOS, so consider turning it off. Another factor could be differences in how each program measures the VCORE. I'd advise using CPU-Z or HWiNFO instead of CoreTemp for more reliable readings.

I wouldn't keep my 3600XT at 1.325 for long on heavy tasks—feels like too much. For manual work, aim for around 1.25 to 1.3v. I don’t rely on Windows for BIOS tweaks, so when I say manually I mean through the BIOS settings.

In my situation it reverses the behavior, the CPU receives 1.47 V when idle but lower voltages under load.
