I changed the settings in the BIOS as requested, but when I switched to Intel XTU for monitoring and benchmarking, my CPU Core Voltage was set to "Adaptive Mode." Is this typical? Should I revert it to Auto? I’m a bit concerned about what might be happening. Also, my maximum CPU core voltage was 1.231 V—does that seem a bit high?

Intel XTU could be incorrect about the core voltage mode. Return to the BIOS and ensure it's set to Auto. This setting allows the mainboard to adjust voltage according to CPU speed, which might sometimes result in excessive power usage.

I revisited the BIOS and confirmed it was set to auto mode. I left that setting unchanged because your CPU is receiving a solid voltage at 4.5GHz. Thanks.
