The CPU core voltage (VCORE) is the power supply voltage provided to the CPU, GPU, or any device with a processing core.
This might seem related to the GPU, but it doesn't necessarily mean an increase in CPU core voltage will affect the GPU. Let me know if you need further clarification.

Not unless it's an APU (Processor + GPU) on the same chip. It doesn't affect dedicated GPUs.
