I want to find a suitable CPU cooler. I've overclocked my CPU (q9400 to 3.2 GHz) which isn't ideal due to the poor quality of the motherboard. At 80% constant load it gets too hot—74°C, with room temperature above 30°C, so I need something safe and affordable. Is the Antec A30 a good option in this price range? I understand that budgeting and overclocking don't always go well together, but I'm still hoping to get a reliable solution.

By price category, what kind of cost are we examining? Where are you situated? Most visitors here come from the USA, which means we usually consider USD. Regardless of your location or currency, it would help double the understanding.

I'm from Bulgaria, and we use the leva currency. The price range seems to be about 25 leva, which is roughly equivalent to 15 dollars.
