Hello, I own a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0027ax (2019 model) equipped with a Ryzen 5 3550H, 8GB RAM (2x4GB dual channel), and a GTX 1650 DDR5 4GB graphics card. Recently, I've encountered thermal throttling problems while gaming. Initially, the game runs smoothly for 5-10 minutes, but then it briefly throttles for about 5 seconds before resuming. This throttling occurs irregularly, sometimes after every 3-5 minutes. I'm unsure what caused this sudden change and would appreciate any advice or solutions.

Your typical in-game temperatures are listed. Running a stress test such as Aida64 will clarify how much thermal throttling occurs. Adjusting the CPU/GPU voltage could help lower heat production.

When conditions are favorable, adjust power throttling. Utilize Ryzen controller to raise TDP to 2-5w above stock and set VRM current limit to 5 above stock 50a.

It might be one of these:
1) The fans require cleaning
2) The thermal paste has hardened

Sure! I can explain the process for CPU and GPU undervolting. Online resources often focus on GPUs, so I’ll give you general steps that apply to both. Let me know if you need details for a specific device.

I don't have access to specific product links like the Ryzen controller. You may need to visit the manufacturer's website or authorized retailer for more information.
