The plan is to boost my i5 4670K's performance and I need a suitable cooler. I know the CM Hyper 212 Evo works, but I think there are improved choices now. My budget stays between 40 and 75 dollars. Here’s my build setup: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BNzXK8
