CPU cooler fan running at 1200-1300 RPM, noticeable buzzing sound
Hello, your recent upgrade to the AK 620 cooler has improved cooling performance, and you're experiencing a loud buzzing noise near 1200-1300 RPM. It's possible the fan is rubbing against the fins, but it could also indicate a fan issue. Check both the fan operation and the cooler installation for any signs of problems.
It's hard to confirm without hearing it directly. Could you try recording the sound?

It seems the fan isn't making any noise at all. Have you considered adjusting the spacing between the fan blades and the frame? That might make a difference. Still, it's surprisingly quiet even with higher volume.
It appears the noise occurs when individual heatsink sections press against the central fan. After adjusting their spacing slightly, the sound disappeared. You might want to place a very thin gap between them to prevent crushing the middle fan.
