I am assembling a pc with these parts:
AsRock z97 extreme4
PSU RM750x
MSI GTX 970
CPU I5 4960k 3.5ghz
I plan to push my CPU up to 4.5 ghz, but I’m unsure which cooler is best. I considered RAIJINTEK Pallas, though I’m new to overclocking and not sure if it would handle it without overheating. Could you recommend other good options within a 50 euro budget?
Thank you in advance.

I observed a maximum height of 15.5mm with a CM cooler of 15.8mm, though I believe the case dimensions should accommodate it.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212X dual Fan offers strong performance and is a budget-friendly option for reaching up to 4.5Ghz.

Navalweaponsofficer shared their experience with the Cooler Master Hyper 212X dual Fan, noting it offers good value and should reach 4.5Ghz. They mentioned their PC case is an Aerocool Cyclops Advance - Red Edition, with a CPU height limit of 15cm, and they're unsure if the cooler would fit properly.
