Hey there! I’m trying to figure out how to handle those CPU cooler screws on my motherboard. I’ve already attempted to loosen them, but I was told they shouldn’t be too tight. I’m hoping someone can suggest a better way to replace them or give tips on what to look for. Thanks!

I think these are the screws you're referring to. If so, yes, you should be able to loosen them with your hands. If you lack the strength, you might need a wrench or another tool, but proceed with caution.
