CPU clock speed problems

My R7 3700x doesn't seem to reach speeds beyond 3GHz. I updated the motherboard to the F10.a BIOS version. I ran CPU-Z benchmarks and used cpuz and Ryzen Master, but cinebench r15 didn't help. I assumed the CPU had a base clock of 3.6, yet it's stuck at 3. My PC specs: Motherboard Aorus B550i pro, RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200, 16GB, CPU Ryzen 7 3700x, cooler Wraith Prism, PSU Corsair SF750, GPU NVIDIA GeForce 1050 Ti.

Restart your BIOS and attempt once more. It's possible you unintentionally altered something.

Likely a motherboard or chip problem—consider swapping it out or verifying your BIOS settings.
