Consider using HWinfo64 for better accuracy. HWMonitor may give incorrect sensor data, so don't depend on its readings. I really wish I could launch Cinebench R23, but it won't start on my PC. It works fine on my laptop instead.

Even HWinfo64 shows 2.33ghz, which is odd since Cinibench version 23 claims 3.0ghz. I had to rely on HWinfo64 because other programs didn’t display clock or temperature data during my bench testing at that time.

It's possible Cinebench doesn't match the clock speed listed for the Q8200 as reported by Intel.
