This method involves gradually boosting the speed in 100MHz steps. Raise it, check for issues, if unstable add extra voltage until overheating occurs or stability is reached, then continue increasing the frequency.

For the adjustment, I understood you wanted to boost the clock speed by 100MHz for a particular purpose. Use the OS tuner to check your current settings, then apply the changes in the UEFI once you confirm the new values. Overclocking is generally not recommended anymore, but I’ll save that discussion for later.
