Okay, i understand your point, but what about non steam games, can i limit the speed somwhere in the system or do i live with this issue for a while until i buy better CPU?

You can save games while resting or shopping, and you don’t need to download every time the system is active. Halting a download at any point works too. Certain game shops let you tweak download speeds, such as Steam, while others like the EA Store don’t. Great news—you’ve solved a first-level issue! It's completely normal for the CPU to handle a large share of tasks during installation. If you're installing files significantly faster than before, the CPU will be working harder. A common fix is to pause downloads while gaming or schedule them during off-peak hours. Another approach is to restrict internet speed, as a faster connection can allow the new drive to upload files more quickly, which in turn reduces the workload on the CPU.

I had to figure it out on my own with the older 6600k, it wasn’t smooth at full speeds. My Ryzen 7700x and 9800X3D run much better because they have more cores and faster performance. If you run into issues or have questions, just let me know where to write.
