You could try a BIOS/EFI setting to set it to 100Mhz. My system supports that feature.
There is always a bit of variation in these measurements. If software displays a perfect number, it’s often due to rounding rather than an exact performance figure. The same applies to CPU speeds—take my server now, and it shows: cpu MHz : 803.059 cpu MHz : 3879.240 cpu MHz : 2500.000 cpu MHz : 4200.042 cpu MHz : 2500.000 cpu MHz : 2500.000 cpu MHz : 3372.673 cpu MHz : 2500.000 cpu MHz : 3808.966 cpu MHz.
