The Rad is positioned at the top of the case, and it feels extremely warm when under pressure, which prompted me to measure the temperatures. If the top area is hot, does that indicate it’s functioning properly?

I’d first verify whether any overclocking was applied. If yes, I’d reset it back to default and monitor temperatures. If not, I’d assess the mounting quality or performance and consider replacing the cooler.

It's a mixed situation actually. My idea is the pump runs slowly and the radiator isn't big enough. Lack of storage space makes AIOs less effective when handling much heat. If fans are set high but it stays hot, you'll need to swap out the cooler. Also, proper case flow matters—make sure the case isn't getting overheated from the graphics card and isn't being pushed through the radiator.

The setup includes four fans plus two on the radiator, making six fans total. It seems they may be drawing air in, though I’m not entirely confident. Would it be wise to avoid AIO coolers until you buy a new one? If so, which type would you prefer?

It's possible the issue might stem from incorrect connection to the motherboard.

Check if the radiator feels warm; that means it's functioning properly. Examine the side panel—do temperatures decrease noticeably?

It would help if we captured a photo of the case so we can determine the direction the fans are aimed. Make sure we can view the back side clearly, which is the intake area. Certain fans require fresh air to be pushed in, while others need it expelled.

Layout appears fine, but the front panel might be restricting airflow. Checked by opening the side panel. Verified that the top fans are spinning properly.

Seems the cooler isn’t sufficient for that chip. (Requires at least 360 radiators) You mentioned a 300W at 5GHz, which is around 1025 BTU/hr. Invest in a solid upgrade. Consider building a custom kit—includes a decent waterblock, pump, and reservoir. Likely the best option for a 10900K build. Keep it running without throttling until you install a new cooler. Disabling HT or certain cores might help. At least that way you won’t lose performance. Updated September 3, 2020 by ShrimpBrime.

The fans rotate in the opposite direction, drawing cool air from the case into the radiator. Would flipping them help maintain a cooler temperature and reduce heat?
