I've been enjoying BO4 for a few months without issues, but I've noticed my CPU is consistently at maximum and my GPU at just 1%. I'm experiencing full system freezes where I have to shut down the PC at the wall because everything freezes. My HDMI cables are connected to the GPU and it's set in game mode. I've tried lowering the settings, but nothing helps. Playing at max settings works fine, but now even simple games freeze or drop to under 30fps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My specs:
i5 4590
32GB RAM
GTX 1070
750W PSU

Was das Gespräch an der Wand? Bitte bestätige, dass du keinen Surge Protection verwendest.

yes at the wall, nothing else will turn it off and my extension lead has one
