After reaching the lowest feasible NM and fine-tuning the IPC, we focus on CPU improvements beyond core count. For GPUs, adding an extremely high number of stream processors is an option. Doubling the RTX 3080 stream processors would significantly boost performance.

Quantum computing doesn't substitute conventional computing. These machines excel at rapidly exploring many potential answers to mathematical challenges, yet they struggle with the sequential logic traditional systems handle, making them unsuitable as a full replacement.

Yes, quantum computing is still developing, and it will likely be a while before we see quantum processors in everyday homes.
