It seems we've made some improvement. When I turned off D.O.C.P, the waves looked much more normal and I could play without stutters. It might be related to the RAM, especially since it's running at 2133 MHz.

I feel like I'm solving a mystery, maybe like Sherlock Holmes. It's possible my RAM is mislabeled. My memory frequency might be causing the problem, but it seems my RAM can handle 3200MHz CL16 with manual timing adjustments. No crashes have occurred. Could it be that the RAM is labeled incorrectly for a different specification, or is there something fundamentally wrong with it?
