i play overwatch at 280 240 fps using my rig:
aorus b550 elite
ryzen 7 3700x oc 45.50
nvidia rtx 2060
ram 3600mhz 2 x 8 16gigs of ram
and both my gpu and cpu are running low usage
gpu usage around 40% and cpu around 20%
is this normal?
i noticed others with similar specs achieving higher fps like 340 or even 400.
Do you have the most recent drivers set up for your GPU and CPU?
I put in the newest NVIDIA update and selected the latest CPU chipset.
