I need to say no because even at low settings I reach the 200 FPS cap, and after installing the burner overlay I checked if one thread was being maxed out. It looks like something is limiting performance, possibly due to dynamic settings or other factors. Make sure none of those are enabled.

Setting the engine caps to 120 ensures a stable 120fps at high settings. You'll notice consistency whether you lower or raise the frame rate. It's clear once you test it.

I verified the MSI Afterburner stats, and all my cores are running between 70-80% during gameplay. That makes it hard to pinpoint the issue... Sad

Can you share a screenshot with the overlay from In Game? It might be an issue since the game is still new and hasn't been officially released. Are you using the latest drivers?
