Isn't it clear whether it's active in the game?

Vsync is either turned on or off in the game, depending on the settings.

In simpler terms. Does it really feel like a place?

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution right now. Maybe trying a reinstall would help, or just reinstalling the drivers.

Did you verify the utilization of your CPU, GPU, and RAM to identify any potential constraints or issues?

When I configure the RAM to 3200 and use an XMP profile, the CPU is set above its boost rate, which shouldn't happen. Right now I'm at 2133ghz.

Verify two aspects.
First, examine your CPU's clock speed and activity. Open the Start menu, navigate to Windows settings, then select System. On the left panel, choose Power & sleep. On the right, select Additional power settings. Ensure you're on the Balanced power plan. Proceed to Change plan settings, then Change advanced power settings. Scroll down to Processor power management and click the plus sign. Adjust both Minimum and Maximum values accordingly—Minimum at 5% and Maximum at 100%. This configuration will enable your CPU to operate at higher speeds than the standard range while gaming, allowing it to reach up to 4300 MHz in Rust and up to 4600 MHz in games using just one core. It also depends on whether turbo is enabled in your BIOS.

The second aspect involves checking your RAM's current clock rate. Open the Start menu and open Task Manager. Under the Performance section, select Memory. The displayed speed should match your specifications; it currently shows 2133 MHz. If you wish to attempt overclocking, you can adjust settings in the XMP profile of your BIOS. However, if your default speed is 2133 MHz, expect limited gains—aiming for 2400 to 2800 MHz seems reasonable. Testing all options, starting with 2400, is advisable. Remember, overclocking RAM requires careful handling and reliable guides, as it involves more than just setting a target speed. In Rust, your CPU should maintain around 4300 MHz (4.3 GHz) and may display values like 4289 MHz when monitored via software such as MSI Afterburner.
