Your CPU is running at full capacity (100%), and the GPU is at 80% usage with a 2060 Ventus. Try checking for overheating, updating drivers, or adjusting settings. Your game FPS is high but may feel unstable—consider lowering resolution or disabling anti-aliasing if needed.

Consider boosting your CPU speed to match the GPU, or cap your frame rate to reduce CPU strain and improve timing. Check additional factors like whether your RAM supports XMP, if the CPU temperature is normal, and if background processes are consuming resources.

I have no idea about your RAM or CPU speed. Your gaming performance is around 60-70 FPS, and background tasks run smoothly with 2K applications open.

As you reduce the resolution, the workload in a game usually moves more to the CPU rather than the GPU. Your CPU is also quite outdated.

Limit speed to 90 or 100 frames per second, or boost the CPU output for extra frames during heavy loads. To address the uneven frame rate, consider capping FPS instead.
