Hello! I recently revisited Black Ops 3 and tried playing as a zombie. I picked up the sniper Locus in the box and kept it through round 16, where I unfortunately died, ending the game. I noticed that even at that point, the sniper consistently used '1 shot, 1 kill.' Anyone know when this behavior stops or if an upgrade is needed? Thanks!

I'll use AR as an illustration since it differs from snipers. Due to damage multipliers, a gun will deal a single headshot to any regular health entity (100) until the round reaches double its level. For example, with a level 7 HVK-30, it will provide a single headshot until the start of round 15, assuming all entities have 100 health and standard headshot damage multipliers.

You're focusing on body shots with Locus. It seems the snipers tend to take one shot at a time, especially in extended engagements against zombies.

Sniper tactics focus on precision and power. Each chest hit boosts effectiveness by 1.5x. Check Drift0r's Locus video for details. Due to these unusual modifiers and guaranteed headshots, I chose the HVK-30 as a case study.
