Someone switched from 60Hz to 144Hz and saw a noticeable boost. It might help with CSGO performance.

I don’t understand and I won’t attempt it. I’d rather avoid going back to 60Hz since it seems the withdrawals are worse than a heroine struggling without her hit after a week.

I believe CSGO would be a great choice for 144Hz. It's a fast-paced game, so you'd likely notice the improvement.

I possess this setup, though it seems to feel better, I can't confirm a big boost. To be honest, it's just a minor improvement. By the way, my R9 270 still delivers over 180 FPS, so any GPU should handle a 144Hz 1080p display in CS:GO. Your GTX 770 shouldn't pose an issue at all.

I understand, I enjoy playing for fun, not for winning. Just playing with friends and having a great time is what matters most.

I estimate around 300 steady performance under full settings.

Yes there is a huge difference but i won't recommend it...Just wait for the reviews of that 144hz IPS panel and will see <_<

Sure, it sounds like you're testing the system at 60hz.
