Could you confirm if saving a few pounds on a used item in very good condition is something you're considering?

I’m planning to purchase an air cooler for my FX 6300 since the original model isn’t very effective at cooling and is also quite noisy. I’m considering the Cooler Master Hyper series, specifically the 212x, which offers better performance at a lower price compared to the 212 EVO.
I also need to buy a tube of Arctic MX4 along with some additional items, but I’m limited by a small amount of money (only a bit more at the end of the month). Because shipping to Latvia takes a long time, I’d like to place the order as soon as possible.
My questions are: Is it worth getting a Used - Very Good item from Amazon Warehouse Deals? Could there be any risk that the heatsink might have bent fins? Which model should I choose given the differences in descriptions?
P.S. The thermal compound is intended for the Hyper 212x and for older systems without thermal paste, which typically only lasts a few seconds.
The sole concern is a faulty 120mm fan. You should have additional 120mm fans available for the case. It wouldn't be as effective, but it would suffice in an emergency.
