Hello, I just purchased a PC from Ibuypower and believe it might not be operating at its full capacity. I performed a benchmark test on the CPU and observed very low performance. At least I think it's underperforming, though I'm not very familiar with this issue. Could someone please assist? Here are the test results: https://valid.x86.fr/i5frmh

1. This iBuyPower PC employs a specific cooling configuration.
2. In Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Performance → Memory, the 'Speed' value at the bottom right indicates the current performance metric.
3. Running Cinebench R15 should yield a score within the range of 1800 to 2000.

It's using Enermax liquid cooling and the performance is at 3000. I'm checking the Cinebench R15 right now. Thanks!

It's possible you're operating in low power mode, which can cause the CPU to slow down.

You completed the Cinebench test and achieved a score of 1558. The power mode was configured to high performance on Windows.

Additionally, the rear case fan operates at high speed and produces loud noise; it speeds up but doesn't adjust properly.

Download HWInfo64, locate CPU temperature and Core 0 Clock. Click right on both columns labeled 'current' then select 'show graph'. Execute Cinebench multiple times (2-3 runs) to verify core clock consistency and ensure temperature stays below 75-80°C.
