the fx6300 works fine, i’d expect around 1660. once you’re ready, you can upgrade the board and install the necessary components. the ram can be repurposed similarly to the drives.

It varies based on whether it's am4 or a newer model; otherwise, you might need to upgrade RAM too. Am3 works with DDR3.
