I am looking into pairing a GTX 1650 super with an Intel Xeon X5687 @3.6 ghz (4c, 8t). What worries me is the single thread rating. If I compare it to a Ryzen 3 3200g, there is a big difference, even though the Xeon has four more threads. If I go to a bottleneck calculator, it says there will be a 20% bottleneck. There are other Xeons with six cores and eight threads, and I wanted to know if I need to upgrade for the 1650 super.

It seems you're confirming the pairing details. The entry notes a GTX1660 with a Super Edited version from September 20, 2020, by Drama Lama.
