MotherBoard: GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-HD3
CPU: Ryzen 5 1400
CPU Cooler: Stock
GPU: GTX 1060
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 80+ Gold 450W
Looking for a suitable MOBO for the R5 1400 to achieve stable overclocking and maximize CPU performance. Would this MOBO meet my needs? Should I consider a lower OC?

Edit 1: Possibly upgrade to a 500W 80+ White PSU and a Corsair watercooler for the CPU cooler.

You don't need a stock cooler; winning the silicon lottery is what matters.
3.8 is sufficient, 4.0 offers no clear benefit.
I'll also attempt a better MB.
Don't overspend on a third-party cooler—it's a waste.
That 450 psu isn't worth it, right? Do you live in the US? What's your total budget? Major usage might help you fine-tune.

No, I don't live in the US. I'm in Brazil, and things are quite costly there.
This setup is mainly for gaming while maximizing GPU performance (Ryzen can handle it with a solid upgrade). Any PSU suggestions?
