Could someone provide the full overclock schedule for that specific CRUCIAL kit? I'm looking for exact timings to push it down to CL14 or better, but the tools available don't support this model. I'm not sure what inputs to give since there are so many parameters. Just know it's a straightforward overclock project.
We can't simply provide fixed timings. Each CPU and motherboard combination is different, and even power supplies can influence performance. Even with identical components, variations in silicon quality affect results. Each RAM package behaves uniquely. You might be able to adjust timings on one while others aren't. They're calibrated for their rated performance, but some might be just barely acceptable while others have extra capacity. If you aim to fine-tune timings, you must understand the process (research thoroughly) and invest time in making adjustments yourself. Otherwise, keep it as is.
The chances of harming the RAM are minimal, but using faulty RAM might corrupt your operating system, necessitating a complete reinstall. You probably won’t be able to simply adjust several timing parameters and it will fix itself. Make changes gradually, checking stability after each adjustment.
To discover what chips are available, you should use the thaiphoon burner. If your chips aren’t B-Die, the odds of landing a cl14 are very low, so it’s unlikely to occur. However, you can still track your progress once you know what you have, or you can rely on standard timings to gauge your performance.
