I don't think so. It's not exactly something that can be proven. Glitches often result in a ban when used excessively. Consider the horse race glitch for instance. Those who exploited it to earn millions were given a 7-day ban, which is a level 1 penalty and remains until another ban is issued—possibly a level 2 ban lasting about 30 days. However, those who used the glitch to make just a few million didn't face any consequences.

Recently, the issue was fixed on PC but not fully resolved. Rockstar allowed the horse race glitch to continue, but limited it to a few uses per session. After the third use, players were removed from the game. Now the updated rules let you decide whether to risk getting banned. That should clarify things.

The same applies to car duplicate glitches. The more you attempt them, the more Rockstar notices and imposes a ban. The Bogdan glitch is harder to detect but still poses a risk if misused. Personally, I join heists with friends who perform the glitch, so I don't have a chance of being caught. In fact, I've seen random players doing it and realized they were involved too.

It's fine since I genuinely perform the Bogdan Heist occasionally, 3 to 4 times daily after completing repeated prep and setup tasks.
