Asus GT-AXE16000 was running Beta firmware. Issue appeared when using BlueStacks Android emulator with two different Android devices. Updated to the latest official firmware (reset all settings). Tried DMZ mode and Verizon's router, confirmed it worked. Used the updated Asus router to the newest Asuswrt-Merlin model but the problem persisted. Double-checked settings, no filters were active. Next step is contacting Asus support for warranty repair or replacement since I’m out of options. Someone might have a fresh solution.

I discovered the answer to my issue. It seems the nearby Google servers might be set up incorrectly, so enabling IPv6 on the router should resolve the problem.
