At my job, our setup ran out of cables for a while and we were using an old Windows 7 PC. Since it didn’t have Wi-Fi, I used a USB Wi-Fi adapter to fix the connectivity. However, installing drivers required an internet connection, so I tried connecting my iPhone 7 via an iPhone charger and sharing my 4G data to get the drivers installed. When I attempted tethering over the internet (following a Google guide), the computer couldn’t recognize my iPhone 7 as a device. I tried multiple times. Any suggestions? (I’m not sure if this was in the right forum, sorry ahead of time)
