I currently have an 8192MB 2400MHz CL16 DDR4 Ballistix Sport with BLS8G4D240FSB. Outside of eBay, it's hard to find a similar unit. Would a Crucial DDR4 2400 8GB CL17 fit? It's a different CL17 model compared to mine. I should note I plan to add this alongside the other one.

Sure. They'll both handle C17 and it should function.
