Titanfall works well during night hours, though not every gameplay mode is available—mostly TDM-style. Finding a match in daylight is pretty easy too... Similar to COD after a while, with fewer players but still some active community. The gameplay is enjoyable overall, though the weapon variety isn't especially diverse.

I played Titanfall for about 48 hours recently, after saving it in my library for roughly two months... possibly longer. It's a really solid game—honestly, I've grown tired of the Battlefield mode and ended up uninstalling it quite a while ago.

Titanfall isn't as well-liked these days, but it can be a decent experience for a few hours at $10. Skip the DLC, though—BF4 remains very active, and BF3 is just as strong.

I'm curious about whether BF4 will remain popular through August or if fans will shift to Hardline.

People are pretty divided over Hardline. Not everybody appreciates them running this cops and robbers BS concept under the Battlefield name. Also plenty people are still playing Bad Company 2 and BF3 so I doubt this will change for BF4 when Hardline comes out.

Battlefield 4 keeps its full 64-player servers running even at 3am. That makes the game really worthwhile! Hardline is mostly just about skin customization. The main change is the absence of bothersome vehicles and helicopters, which are easy to remove.

Many didn't immediately switch from BF3 to BF4. Even Bad Company 2 seems to be running. Hardline isn't being handled by the same company. DICE confirmed BF4 will continue development once Hardline launches.

Great! This means I can relish playing classic games in ultra-high-definition 4K, giving me the "perfect display."
