Your setup has a decent mix of components, but the performance you're seeing is below what you'd expect for your hardware. The MSI Ge62 2QD APT is a mid-range gaming laptop, and with a Core i7, GTX 960, and 12GB RAM, it should be capable of higher frame rates. However, achieving 150-200 FPS in CS:GO is ambitious and may require optimization or a more powerful GPU. Consider checking your settings, ensuring drivers are up to date, and possibly upgrading the graphics card if possible.

It’s surprising since your monitor can’t show more than 60 frames per second. The high FPS ranking might be due to other factors like game settings or display calibration.

Your screen runs at 60Hz, so it can only show up to 60 frames per second. Even with a high frame rate from your GPU or CPU, you won’t see more than 60 on the screen!
