I received a new monitor for Christmas and set it up yesterday. I already owned a 1080p 165hz model, so I switched that one to my secondary screen and used the new one as my primary display. I was experiencing low frame rates, so I assumed it was because my 3060 couldn’t handle two 1080p monitors. I attempted to overclock the GPU to boost performance, but I suspect I damaged it in the process. I was using MSI Afterburner and thought I understood the steps. My core clock was at 300MHz and memory at 350MHz, but I didn’t see any improvement. I decided to watch a video to test it. Then I realized my approach was incorrect and panicked, opting for the official NVIDIA auto-overclock tool. It helped a bit and gave me more frames, but I left it running overnight (it’s now off). Now, whenever I try to launch a game, it crashes. I’ve tried everything I know, but it’s still not working. HELP

Yes, you can disable the auto overclock feature within the Nvidia application settings.
