Hey everyone, anyone can help me? It just happens to some apps but not when I play games. The picture starts getting blurry or pixelated like that. What is causing this?

https://imgur.com/a/MLhiNNI It's a month old and this thing has been happening since day one, but I haven't really cared much because I don't play games often. So even though I only run two apps, I've never noticed it before unless I'm playing something that might cause problems with the graphics card if something is wrong inside.

I just tested this and switched to a GPU, but the problem is still there.
