Can an unstable CPU overclock lead to mouse input lag? Also, is it harmful to use an unstable CPU overclock? In all the stress tests, the program only crashed on prime95.

I would say no. Imput lag is typically a GPU problem because the mouse cursor is accelerated through the GPU. Try this: turn off the computer, unplug the power cable, remove the graphics card, clean the slot and the GPU a bit, then reinstall it. If that doesn’t help, uninstall drivers using DDU and perform a fresh installation with the latest version. That should fix the issue. An unstable CPU would fail every test, not even Cinebench R15.
