Could 600 watts provide sufficient power for a successful overclock on the FX-8320e?
Could 600 watts provide sufficient power for a successful overclock on the FX-8320e?
I've been using my PC for a while now, and I'm considering overclocking the CPU. As mentioned, I wanted to know if a 600 watt power supply would be sufficient for this purpose.

Any overclocking advice would be really appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
Although the 600B isn't ideal for overclocking, it remains safe to use with your setup as described. Turn off turbo mode and adjust the CPU clock multiplier gradually, monitoring temperatures and stability. If issues arise, slightly increase the vcore to achieve stability. I prefer keeping those AMD processors at a maximum of 1.5v, though some users opt for higher values.

While the 600B isn't ideal for overclocking with, it should be fine to use with your setup as noted. Turn off turbo mode and raise the CPU clock multiplier gradually, monitoring temperatures and stability. If issues arise, you might increase the vcore slightly to achieve stability. I prefer keeping those AMD processors at a maximum of 1.5v, though some users opt higher. Thanks a lot for the advice—I'll make sure temps and stability stay good.
