2- Cortana may encounter limitations such as "do not track" settings.
Enable Cortana on your device. Press the start button and enter "cortana" for the correct option. She may not function in some areas, even if your language settings are supported.
It's fine, I'm not stupid. I'll give it a shot with "do not track" enabled. She's still here and I'm from the UK, so everything is set up there. Even without her real Cortana voice, they've changed the actor for the UK version.
