You turned off Cortana, but it’s consuming all your internet usage whenever you check Task Manager. It’s affecting gameplay and restarts automatically. You might want to re-enable it or adjust settings to limit its impact.

It seems like there might be an issue. Did you turn off peer-to-peer updates? That could be consuming your bandwidth.
