The PC began experiencing problems with the original Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200 (4x8) 32GB. I followed the standard troubleshooting steps with Corsair support, updated the BIOS, and cleared the CMOS battery. I tested each stick using Memtest86 and found two were faulty, preventing booting and displaying error code 0d on my Asrock B550 Steel Legend. Corsair replaced the faulty sticks and sent a new model, which was different from the original but functional. After installing the replacement RAM, the system started up correctly, though it still showed the same error code. I repeated all troubleshooting procedures with Corsair Support, cleared the CMOS again, tested each stick individually, and prayed for a resolution. Eventually, I borrowed a TFORCE Vulcan Z 8GB 3200 single stick, which worked perfectly. I contacted Corsair multiple times about compatibility issues with the new RAM version but received no updates. I attempted various fixes—clearing CMOS, reseating the CPU, trying different power supplies, and even removing the motherboard—but nothing resolved the issue. I’m unsure if my PC will accept Corsair RAM sticks permanently. The current setup is working, but I’m concerned about long-term compatibility. My build is white, which might be a factor. I’m exploring further options and hoping for a solution.

I used the first motherboard listed on the asrock site for my Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro. The ASRock model is B550 Steel Legend. Memory model Cezanne CMW32GX4M4K4000C19 matches the same version in black, so it should work.
